We want you to love what you ordered, but in case you need to make a return:
Here's a quick guide to the rules and procedures for returns:
- Call us for return authorization or exchanges : (615) 688-1018
- Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds. Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Return items must have all tags attached, be in original condition, unworn, deodorant and perfume free, unwashed, not smell of odors, or have animal hair.
- Sale or discounted items/discount code, swimwear, socks, hair accessories (including hats, beanies, headbands), bandeaus, bralettes, earrings, and leggings are NOT returnable. They are FINAL SALE, due to hygienic purposes.
- We carefully inspect each item before shipping but if you believe you have received an item with a defect we must be contacted within 3 days of the date it was delivered to you in order, submit a photo, for you to get a replacement item. We will use the delivery date from the USPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, we do not provide return labels.

If we make an error, we realize no one is perfect, we will do our best to fix it. Please allow 5-7 days for our team to process your return.
